Lugister is a toy. These terms are the short version of what you can expect from it, and what it expects from you. Using Lugister means you agree to them.
What Lugister is
Lugister lets you fire an emoji across the screen of someone in your crew. It draws an animation on their page for a few seconds. It changes nothing about the page, and it goes away on its own.
Using it
- You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be old enough to have one.
- You are responsible for what you fire and at whom. Do not use Lugister to harass, threaten or wear someone down.
- Do not try to fire at people who are not in your crew, break the limits, or interfere with the service.
- Anyone can mute anyone. If someone mutes you, leave it there.
Crews and invites
Two things are worth saying plainly, because they surprise people:
- An invite code admits anyone who has it, for up to 24 hours, until it is replaced. If you paste one into a public channel, strangers can join. Replacing the code from inside Lugister shuts the old one immediately.
- Crews are flat. There is no owner and nobody can remove anyone else. Any member can invite, and any member can leave. If someone in a crew is unwanted, the remedy is for the others to leave and form a new one.
Credits
- Credits are a score inside Lugister. They are not money, they have no cash value, and they cannot be transferred, sold or cashed out.
- What things cost, what quests pay, and what is available can change at any time.
- Credits gained by abusing a bug or gaming the rules can be taken back.
- If Lugister shuts down, credits go with it.
Your account
You can stop using Lugister whenever you like — remove the extension, and email us to delete your account. We can suspend or remove an account that is being used to harass people or to attack the service.
What we don't promise
Lugister is provided as it is, free, with no guarantee that it works, stays available, or keeps your data forever. It will be down sometimes. Don't build anything you care about on top of it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did, and continuing to use Lugister means the new version applies.
